Operating around the clock, our carefully planned mailing facility is home to cutting edge mail-processing equipment manned exclusively with experienced full-time staff. In fact, a majority of our machine operators have six years or more of lettershop experience!

Mail Source facilities are strategically located in the mid-west to ensure optimal postal delivery times nationwide. Our USPS Detached Mail Unit utilizes dedicated postal clerk coverage and on-site MERLIN verification to ensure our customers are receiving the most efficient and accurate mail-entry available. Working closely with the USPS and several national mail consolidators, we are able to minimize postage expenditures while maintaining comprehensive logistical support.
